Kingsville Boxwood is prized for its exceptionally small leaves, dense evergreen foliage, and naturally compact growth. These qualities allow even a small bonsai to develop the convincing appearance of a mature tree in miniature.
Its fine branching responds well to regular pruning and shaping. As the tree matures, the trunk and branches develop more character, creating a refined bonsai that can become increasingly beautiful with age.
🌿 Important: Kingsville Boxwood does best outdoors for most of the year. Give it bright light or morning sun with protection from harsh afternoon summer sun. During very cold weather, protect the pot and roots from severe freezing.
